Advanced Beginner Chinese

Course Description: This class goes more in depth for Beginners in the Chinese language. The class covers how to discuss weather and hobbies, as well as making appointments. Other more difficult conversational pursuits in Chinese are making phone calls. Our course is designed for the adv. beginner who’s eager to develop their language skills further by reading and writing Hanzi (not just Pinyin), as well as working on their conversational skills.


 Chinese Classes NYC

Prerequisite: Completed a beginner level workload of Chinese, including introduction of pinyin, basic Chinese characters, and introduction to speaking Chinese in various situations.

Course Goals: To be able to speak Chinese in various situations, remember all pinyin, read and recite basic Chinese characters.

Course Curriculum: Course follows Integrated Chinese and created by Hills Learning, please note that regular homework will also be given. It is not necessary to buy your own text.

Maximum Attendance: We feel that having a smaller amount of students makes for a better language learning experience. Please sign up now as space is limited to 8 students.
